CIsco CAT 4006 hanging

I have Cisco 4006 switch with routing blade. it start get hanging after some time (week, days)
then after restart its working fine..

any idea how  to trace and solve it

Are you running CATOS or IOS?
Which version?

on the switch CAT OS version 6.3(5), on routing blade IOS version 12.0
Can you please give me the exact version of the routing blade?
roting blade WS-X4232-L3 Hw : 1.7 IOS (tm) L3 Switch/Router Software (CAT4232-IN-M), Version 12.0(10)W5(18f)
After doing some looking around I notice that this switch is EOL.  

There are upgrades for the CATOS but you need to check your RMMON version as it needs to be 5.4(1) or later.  Check on this and let me know.

I agree there is a new versions of the switch OS, but this is will not solve the hanging problem since it was working fine for  6 years. this problem just start 1 week ago. before I never had any problem with it.
