After doing some looking around I notice that this switch is EOL.

There are upgrades for the CATOS but you need to check your RMMON version as it needs to be 5.4(1) or later.  Check on this and let me know.

When did this problem start?

Thanks amadjesk

I agree there is a new versions of the switch OS, but this is will not solve the hanging problem since it was working fine for  6 years. this problem just start 1 week ago. before I never had any problem with it.

Well, seeing that the equipment is now End of Life you have two choices.

You can try the OS upgrade and pray for the best.
Or if it does not work then it is most likely a hardware problem (especially since it has appeared out of the blue after six years of running fine) in which case you can not get a replacement part from Cisco.

Either way it may be time to upgrade the equipment all together.
