I've been reading through a lot of other similar questions but haven't tracked down the solution to my problem.
We are migrating our mailboxes to a new server so right now we have to Exchange 2003 servers running and only some mailboxes have been moved. I have OWA running on both servers. I can directly access both OWA sites by logging in with an account that I know exists on that particular server. The problem that I'm having is when I go to the old OWA and try logging into a mailbox that's already been moved it redirects me to the other server. This is fine internally because it can resolve the server name and I can access OWA. The problem is that externally it can't resolve to that server name.
My question ... is there a setting somewhere that I can tell server1 that instead of redirecting to server2/exchange it should redirect to exchange.ourwebsite.com instead (which is the external DNS I'm using for OWA on the new server)? I read somewhere that there was a place to enter the internal and external host names for OWA but I think it was only when talking about Exchange 2007. Can this be done with Exchange 2003?
