Problem viewing AOL address book on new computer

I moved an AOL user from one computer to another.  The old computer was running AOL 9.0 VR Revision 4327.165, the new computer is running AOL 9.0 Optimized Revision 4148.5128.  On the old computer, her address book has about 150 contacts.  AOL states that the address book (in these newer versions after version 6, maybe 7) is now stored on their servers for access from any computer.  The problem is that when the user logs in on the new computer, 9.0 Optimized, her address book is not there.  It is blank.  She can go back to the old computer and it is available.  She is logging in using the same username account.  There is no option to export the address book to import into the new version.  I see why there would not be an export, if the address book is supposed to be global no matter where you login.

Any ideas?

While the program mentioned will export the address book to import into the new install of AOL, it will not sync with AOL's online servers for the address book.  The problem is that the new install for some reason is not accessing the address book that AOL stores on their servers, but it does access the emails and other settings.  Importing and exported list does give the user the address book, but then the user has to work with address books that are out of sync - online, other computers used with AOL, and this local computer that has the problem.  I am almost ready to throw this back to AOL, but their support seemd to be nonexistent.  Any other ideas?
