I  am making a share for each user on the network that is the same as the username and the number 1 after it.  Then I back up their data in My documents to that share.  Is the following format correct?

xcopy "%userprofile%\My Documents\*.*"   /s/e   \\192.168.254.146\%username%1\   /c/f/h/d/y/o
