One of my users is complaining that when he has Microsoft Word and Outlook (using POP3 email) open at the same time, the Word program automatically closes when he begins composing a new email message in Outlook.  This only seems to occur when he does not have an existing document open in Word.  Is there a setting I can change to prevent this?  This is on an XP Pro machine in a home office setting which connects to the internet via cable modem through a router.
