We host a website for one of our divisions. One of the customers of this division is accessing the site and trying to view a report built by ASP. It's a very simple report with columns and rows. When anyone else accesses the site using his login they can see all of the columns, but when he accesses the site he is missing columns. The page he's viewing is not customizable either.
He is using Internet Explorer 7.0. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? I don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot it. I had him clean out his Temporary Internet files and then disable all his add-ons to see if something else was interfering, but nothing helped.
