MSN MESSENGER 8.1 WEBCAM VIEWING PROBLEMS
HI everyone.
Recently one of my clients developed a problem with their msn messenger live in that once ago he was able to conduct a live video conference with contacts overseas without any problems but after having windows automatically updating itself a problem has arise. When he tries to have video chats with ppl it becomes a one way mirror where the ppl can see him but he can't see them the slot just sticks at loading and nothing comes up. I have already gone through all of the messenger option looking for an option that may have been activated by mistake but everything seems to check out.
He is currently using windows vista business edition on a lenovo (4got the model) laptop which has an internal camera and has a more than sufficient internet connection speed available.
if anybody has any solutions or suggestion i would greatly appreciate it
thanks in advance to u guys

You didn't mention if you have uninstalled then reinstalled the software. MSN Messenger is well, dead now, it's all about Windows Live Messenger.
