Is it possible to sync subfolders of the Inbox using Exchange ActiveSync.

I have a lot of users including myself that have multiple subfolders under the Inbox in Outlook. Only the Inbox is synching. Although the subfolders are present in ActiveSync, there are not messages in them. Is it possible to Sync subfolders using ActiveSync. Also, how do I determine what version of ActiveSync I am running on my server? Is this even possible?

Does this document refer to synching with the laptop? I am talking about synching over the air directly from the Exchange server. When I look at the options ActiveSync on the phone provides, I only see a few folders. I am talking about synching with the server, not a laptop.

Still dependent on the OS, of ALL equipments involved.
It IS possible if the infrastructure supports it.
When you go to "Manage Folders" do you se the folders?

Active sync on the server? No there is no active sync on the server. Active sync is on the PPC which connects to the Outlook Web Access on your Exchange server.
No. When I go into Active sync on the handheld, I only see the folders below:

Exchange Server
Contacts
Calendar
E-Mail
Tasks

I do not see anything called Manage Folders on my PPC.
Have you tried this:
Open messaging on your PPC and select outlook mail
choose menu>tools>manage folders
you then select the subfolders you wish to syncronise.
Run sync from activesync again and it should sync the checked subfolders
