Cannot login after restart/window activation
Our system admin setup a window 2003 server web edition server.
It was working properly. However, after we restarted the machine, login doesnt work anymore.
Here are the steps we see.
-- after restart, login pop up
-- We entered username, password and selected the correct domain.
-- A message pops up Windows Product Activation, You have to activate window before logging into the system,
-- if we click yes, it will have another pops up saying your window has already been activated. Then we click ok; it will return to the login pop up.
-- if we click no, it will return to the login pop up.
-- if we click cancel, it shuts down the machine.
We kept logging into the system with different user and still had the same problem.
How can we login again? :(
