I am new to SQL Server stored procedures and I am attempting to figure out how to perform multiple updates. In this particular scenario I am using a SELECT statement to first look for a changed address or office name  between a view and a table, and then to write those records to a temp table. I then need to update another table to reflect the new address and office name based on an ID. I am thinking about doing some sort of loop through the temp table, performing one update at a time until it is finished, but I am stuck. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate.
