Outlook 2003 say's cannot find form when it's actually there. &nbsp;It the While You Where Out form. &nbsp;I can see the form under Tools | Form, but when the user gets a message sent in that format he gets the message &quot;Outlook cannot find...&quot; the form.<br />

Outlook 2003 say's cannot find form when it's actually there.  It the While You Where Out form.  I can see the form under Tools | Form, but when the user gets a message sent in that format he gets the message "Outlook cannot find..." the form.
