Rules will not work after migration

hi all,


exchange 2003 sp2

recently migrated all users to a new domain. exported mailboxes to pst and then reimported them.

now many, but not all, have issues with there outlook rules. some work some dont even at the individual user level.

i have done isinteg until no errors were shown.

user getting error "server and client rules dont match" asked to choose which to keep but to no avail.
some rules work when selected to 'run now' but dont work automatically.
a bit of a mess really.

any ideas warmly welcomed.
