When have MYSQL database with 5 tables, being hosted at 1and1.com.<br />

It has been running for several years.<br />
<br />
For the last two months the tables have been losing random records. &nbsp;Never the whole thing, just some of the records. &nbsp;These are records that we may see in the table on Monday, but are gone on Wednesday.<br />

We have ascertained that no one is going in and fooling around with the tables.<br />

What could cause this?

We have ascertained that no one is going in and fooling around with the tables.
