Changing from 2003 SBS to 2003 Standard x64

Our office nework is a domain environment which consists of aproximately 15 clients running XP Pro and a server running 2003 SBS SP2. Due to the high demands of a new software package that will run our particular industry, we have recently purchased a new Dell server running 2003 Standard x64 edition SP2. Is it possible to swap one server for the other without having to rejoin every client computer to a new domain? Can I utilize both servers on the same environment with the new one running only our new software? We do not utilize Exchange nor do we run our own website from our server.

Will I need to use additional CALs so that the clients can access the application on the new server?
