Sending Outlook 2003 reminders sometimes causes outlook to crash
When one of the users on our network sents a meeting reminder via Outlook 2003, it sometimes causes the program to crash. The following are screen shots of the error messages that are displayed before the program exits:

We have already tried reinstalling Office 2003, and both Windows and Office/Outlook are up to date.

Hi, chazchaz101.

I'm not clear on what that means. Appointments have reminders, but you can't send them. Are you talking about sending an update to an appointment that acts as a reminder? If not, then can you explain how you're sending reminders?

ASKER
The user is sending meeting updates.
I am trying the user on a new maching to see if the problem persists.

The first thing I notice is that the Outlook version appears to be behind. My first thought is to apply all Outlook patches and updates and see if the problem persists.
Is there anything else I can do to help with this question?

Have you set this user up on another machine and tested it there? If the issue doesn't follow the user to another machine then you have a local problem and may need to re-install Windows/re-image the system.
