Turning off computer..

When powering  down sometimes Windows XP throws up a dialog box that says "Other people are logged on shutting down will cause them to lose unsaved data"

There shouldn't be anyone logged on it.  I have a wireless network that WEP encrypted because that was what Tivo supports.

Any thoughts?

When that happens (or click NO and then )hit CTRL+SHIFT+ESC

Under the Users Tab, is there another user showing?

Also, under the processes tab, click the bottom check box "show processes form all users", and then sort by usernames..You should see several like System, Local Service, and Network Service... anything else?

Thank you all for your input.  I have restarted the computer and it didn't happen so I will have to wait until it does to test out the solutions.  I will try again mid-day.
Well it hasn't happened in a week so I will go ahead and award partial points to everyone who gave advice because I am not sure which one solved the problem.
