We have a problem with a server that is running slow.  I believe this issue is withen the server itself.  The question was asked if it could be network.  Here is what I have on the ports off of the core switch

 6/41 WCOTDGSQL1 - NIC1    connected  3            full        1000 10/100/1000
 6/42 WCOTDGSQL1 - NIC2    connected  3            full        1000 10/100/1000

6/41                  -         -       -                    0 drop-packets
6/42                  -         -       -                    0 drop-packets

Port  Send FlowControl  Receive FlowControl             RxPause       TxPause
6/41 desired  on              off              off                            0             5800254
6/42 desired  off              off            off                             0             4884560

I don't understand the TxPause here.  Please explain...
I ran a ping plotter to this server and it runs at 0 ms so I am cofident that its good.  But I dont understand the TxPause...
