I have always been of the persuasion that dual homing a DC is never a good idea, but we have some other administrators that are saying that it works with no issues.

What is the consensus here?

We have had many issues trying to dual home a DC.  An example of this would be DHCP requests coming in one NIC and the response going out the other.   I know that setting up persistent routes can typically take care of a lot of issue, but we still never go it to all work correctly.
