We are running a Windows 2000 Terminal Server. It has been running ADP for some time now, and the ADP tech's have installed a patch to the system. Now anytime we try and run the application, after entering information into the login prompt for the app, everything just disappears. No error messages, no running process etc... nothing. <br />

But if we change to install mode (change user /install) the program runs fine. <br />

they have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application 3 - 4 times, as local admin, as domain admin etc each time following the process of:<br />

change user /install<br />
install the program<br />
change user /execute<br />
<br />
and we are getting the same results. The ADP tech's have not seen this before and are not sure why its happening now. <br />
