how do i setup an ftp site so that my vendor can upload files to it?

i have two ip address 192.168.0.20 and 192.168.0.26 (which is being used for something else). however, 0.20 is being used to upload log files once a day from another machine.

here is what i have so far. using windows 2003 enterprise ed. i created another ftp site using 192.168.0.20 and stopped the other ftp site. from inside my lan, and in my browser, i can log into ftp site no problem, anonomously.....

what do i need to configure to succesfully connect from outside my lan. i would like to be able to type: ftp.domainname.com or ftp://ipaddress.com, whatever easiest

thanks
