I am trying to download a large file (22MB), via IE7 running under XP Home SP2 and using ADSL broadband. The download starts and then becomes erratic, eventually coming to  a halt at some point between 10% and 40% complete. I can restart the download, but the same thing happens every time, albeit the download  stops at a different %  each time. Eventually, after a long time (>1 hr typically) the download times out.
The download site is http://www.epox.com.tw/eng/support.php?ps=77&type=2
Any ideas?
