I am trying to download a large file (22MB), via IE7 running under XP Home SP2 and using ADSL broadband. The download starts and then becomes erratic, eventually coming to &nbsp;a halt at some point between 10% and 40% complete. I can restart the download, but the same thing happens every time, albeit the download &nbsp;stops at a different % &nbsp;each time. Eventually, after a long time (&gt;1 hr typically) the download times out.<br />
