I need to search text in a column and rewrite the text to another column in the same row to a certain spec.<br />

for instance...<br />
<br />
A3 = 17th Street Market &amp;&nbsp;Deli<br />
<br />
I need to rewrite it to A1 (which is currently empty) so that....<br />
<br />
A1 = 17th_Street_Market_and_Del<wbr />i<br />
<br />
Only spaces and '&amp;' signs need to be replaced at this point.<br />
Please let me know if you need more information.
