Problem fixed itself by booting into an XP partition and a bunch of stuff was &quot;fixing&quot; itself in DOS mode that it wouldn't do while booting into the Vista partition. Another one for the mystery books.

This PC used to be fast, but now there is a noticeable difference in internet browsing. Both connected to the same router &amp;&nbsp;modem. Kapersky, Trend Micro HouseCall &amp;&nbsp;AdAware report clear...network adapter driver is up to date. TCP Optimizer under 'Optimal' settings makes no difference. CCleaner makes no difference.<br />

Two PCs, same specs, one gets 3000K Download, other gets 5100?
