Not doubting; but still can you double check to make sure that there is no reset button; because as per Cisco's website there should be a reset button [which you can press using a untwisted pin] on this product.<br />

If not, may be some other expert would be able to assist you further.<br />

i guess , the reset button being mentioned here isnt a coventional button,as such .... it has to be a small hole , on the chassis ,inside which u need to insert a wire or a paperpin. i havent worked on a 3002 but still i guess i may be right.
