Re-creating default Group Policy Objects on SBS 2003 Server

I have a SBS 2003 server that is getting USERENV error 1058 and 1030 referring to not being able to find a group policy object.  If I check the policies folder, I do not see the GPO that it is referencing in the error.  Also, when I create a new user, the Exchange Mailbox does not get created even though I check the box to create it.  Then I get these errors in the App Event Log.  So I am wondering why SBS 2003 needs a GPO to create the mailbox? Is there a way to create the mailbox manually?  If it does need a particular GPO to create the mailbox, how can I rebuild the default GPOs for the SBS server?

Watch Question

After some further investigating, it appears that the GPO that the error is referencing is Small Business Server Domain Password Policy.  The object is in the GPMC but when you click on it is says it cannot find the file.  It also appears that the following GPOs are missing their file in the Policies folder as well:

SBS Audit Policy
SBS Client Computer
SBS Internet Connection
SBS Lockout Policy
SBS Windows Firewall

Does anyone know how to re-create these properly?

I don't think you can create a mail box manually. When you create an account the mailbox wouldn't create st away. You need to wait for 15-30 min for the mailbox to be created.
If you arebacking up the GPO's then you should be able to restore them

Simon...thanks for the reminder!  I logged into OWA and it created the mailbox.  Does anyone have any ideas about the other part of my question?  I looked for the GPOs on the backup but did not find them.  Any thoughts on how to re-create them?

Thanks!
