IRQ problems with USB devices

Hello,
I have a issue with my mini ITX board (VIA EN 15000G) and usb devices. I got a USB 5.1 sound card (Zalmann) and a USB GPS (deluco). Even though both devices are plugged into seperate USB slots, they have the same IRQ port, which I believe is causing the problem. The problem is only 1 works at a time. When I boot, either I get GPS or Audio, not both, which I need both.
when I go to device manager, and try to change the IRQ, its grayed out as the PC is seeing no error, though I do. Is there a way to fix this?

I have a USB hub which has a wifi, the gps and a bluetooth plugged into it. There is also a 4th one ther (spare I'm guessing) and also the usb sound card also is on that IRQ, even though its not plugged into that usb hub I'll try the above method in about an 1/2 hr.

Basically, I got this.
If I mute the volume when I boot up, and then run GPS, wait a min or so and then play music, everything is OK.
If I do it all at once, after about 30sec, the GPS will lock up and I have to reboot it to get it to work.
