I need to replace all instances of the word "Spend" with  the letters "CTC" in an nvarchar(100) column. The column will contain entries like

[Spend] / [Responses]
[Spend] / [Sales]
[TP] * 2.5 / [Spend]

which would become respectively:

[CTC] / [Responses]
[CTC] / [Sales]
[TP] * 2.5 / [CTC]
