Microsoft Exchange 2003 Standard - Issues with Public folder - Schedule+ Free busy system folder

Hello,
After a smooth upgrade from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003, we now receive the Unable to update public free/busy data error on all clients.

We tried researching through the Microsoft site, but we have not been able to find related information.
We did find info on how to reset the public folder, but we cannot find CN=Services while using ADSI editor.

Other than system related public folders, we currently don't use them.  So if there is a more 'harsh' approach involving deleting them and creating new ones, we are willing to go that route.

Any information would be appreciated.

did you replicate the system folders from the 5.5 server to 2003 server?
does the 5.5 server still exist or has it been removed?

Hello,

Yes we replicated the system folders successfully and we then removed the 5.5 server after a week or so, just to make sure that all users were logged in to the new server.

We don't have the 5.5 server anymore.
there is an article on how to fix the missing free/busy system folder in exchange 2003

I've read that article.  During the process of using ADSI edit, I cannot locate the following: CN=Services is not listed at all.  Is there a registry setting to view this in ADSI edit?

Configuration Container [Computer.Domain.Com]
CN=Configuration, DC=(YourDomainController),DC=com
CN=Services
CN=Microsoft Exchange
CN=(YourOrganization)
CN=Administrative Groups
CN=(YourAdministrativeGroup)
do you have rights to view objects/containers in adsiedit.msc?
do you see the configuration container?

I'm using the Administrator account for the domain.  I even tried using the connect to feature in ADSI edit, supplying the Administrator credentials in there as well (just to ensure that we are indeed using the Admin account)
is this account also the domain admin?
try checking from a different computer.
so you see anything at all in adsiedit.msc or is it totally blank?

The account is a domain admin.  I'll try from the server itself and another computer.

I see everything in ADSI edit.  But when it comes to CN = Services, it's not there.  It's a strange thing.  I've researched this and cannot find out why I can't see that in ADSI edit.

No luck from the server or another computer.
Strange..

Strange, indeed.

Are there any other ways to reset this public folder?  Nobody can see the schedule of any other user in the Exchange Org.
open adisedit.msc and then click on the "Action" menu and then "Setting" option. There are some options there
