Hi, I'm using vs2005, .net2.0 for a windows application.  I call a C++ compile dll and it works fine in Win2K server but I get the follow error message when I run the same application on a win2k3 server.  I use the Depends tool and found 3 ms lib used by this dll and I have those copied to my application folder when I install the application on the server but I'm still getting the error.  Does anyone know how I can address this problem?  Thanks.

Thanks Jim.  Why the FileMon keeps showing "Not Found" for "dllname.dll.2.Config"?  It seems to be finding the Dll OK but what is this .2.config file?  Thanks.

Config files can have a variety of names, just contain some info used to configure options in the assembly or app that owns it. See if you can locate that file on the win2K server and copy it to the same place on the other box.
