CCNA

I'm wanting to start on getting my CCNA, and while I've seen a few different book sets and stuff of that nature, I'm not really sure which are the best to get.  But for those that have completed theirs in the past already, what would be the best way to go about beginning this?  I just graduated with a bachelor degree in IT, focusing on computer networking, but my university decided to drop their Cisco courses the year that I enrolled.

The CCNA test is changing its format and new books are coming out. in the past the Cisco press books have been the best bet. Get the "certification guides" for both test (even if you are only taking the single test). I would also either get actual hardware (2950's and 2600's) or if you cant afford to buy then get Boson's network simulator. this is what i used about 3 months ago to pass my ccna.

Study and make sure you know everything really well and spend as much time as you can on the routers and switchs configuring.

good luck

I looked into the Boson books, those look like the way to go.  And Testking I've used in the past for Network+ prep, it was a great tool.  Will definitely check into the first and use Testking again.  Any others would be helpful as well.
