If you are going to use the license server to track licenses for WIndows 2000 Terminal Services, then yes you can load the W2K licenses on the W2K3 license server. &nbsp;However, if you only have W2K3 Terminal Services, then you cannot use the W2K CALs as stated by the other experts.<br />
