I am looking for Best Practice for setting up Exchange 2003 and or Exchange 2007?
Should I setup a seperate box as the SMTP server in the DMZ that relays to my internal Exchange Box?

We are able to get software/licensing at a low cost because we are a non-profit...so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have multiple Exchange boxes...but is there any advantage?

So it's a Microsoft Shop...we already own (2) Licenses of Exchange with Software Assurance..and have all the Exchange CALs that we need... We have 100 users...most internal, some external...so we will be running OWA as well..and Outlook Mobile Access...and "shudder" we will need to support some folks that have the iPhone...so I will need to have secure IMAP as well....
