Callmanager Express - Called-id incoming/outgoing on PRI

We have a Cisco Callmanager Express system.  It has a VWIC 1MFT-T1 that connects to the PSTN via a PRI circuit.  The main problem is caller-id.  The Telco says that they are sending the name on caller-id, but all that comes through is the phone number on a IP phone.  On outbound calls the extension of the call is all that is showing up.  Example if x7600 makes a call, the caller-id on the receiving phone only says 7600.

The analog lines on the FXS card are displaying caller-id fine.  How do I adjust the caller-id for incoming and outgoing calls on the PRI in the phone system?

first SHUT it down
then add the line "isdn supp-service name calling"
then NO SHUT

interface Serial0/0/0:23
 no ip address
 encapsulation hdlc
 isdn switch-type primary-ni
 isdn incoming-voice voice
 isdn supp-service name calling
