This should be a simple question. I have some old IBM servers (x360) and they have become obsolete. I want to buy one off my company and take it home to use as my home PC.

The problem comes because the server does not have any IDE ports while I have 4 IDE hard drives and DVDROM that I want to use.

Can I add an IDE controller to this type of machine? Can IDE and SCSI coexist?
