When opening a shared workbook in Excel 2000 receive followi message: "Microsoft Excel for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close...".  The specific information is as follows: APPName: Excel.exe APPVer: ModName: mso9.dll. ModVer: Offset: 00010ea9.  Had this problem before and updated to SP3 and it was OK for a few days and now Excel crashes again.  I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall Excel w/o success.  PC is on XP Pro SP2.  All other PCs opening this spreadsheet are NOT have any problems as of now.  I appreciate any assistance with this problem
