Is there any way to only allow traffic on certain ports for outbound on the windows 2003 server firewall? It appears I can only filter traffic coming in.<br />

Filter Outbound traffic via windows firewall?

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
