I think that you may be able to add a new user that also has permissions as a backup Admin.<br />

I would use the same settings as appear in the SBS Backup User account.<br />
<br />
Also, you may be able to rename the account. Use any built in wizards for this.<br />
<br />
I would definitely make sure you have a local system State backup before trying any changes.<br />
