How to Block IP Addresses on Windows XP?

I want to block a specific IP addresses from some one to tray hack me.

You could use the free zonealarm it blocks and it shows you in detail from where and on which port you were contected.

You could also use the free trial or prevx.com to prevent malware running on your system

On windows firewall you do not have a option to block traffic from host(s); you can define exceptions and by default any incoming traffic is denied. As suggested in first post you can install any third party software firewall which would give you more features and granularity in firewall configuration.
