event id - corrupt security database files
i have about 300 computers on 2 different windows network domains. I have a few computers with a corrupt security database file, and I need to identify those machine. Can i pull an event id by running a script/login script/ and capture the event id to identify the machines with the corrupt file, or is there anyway i can accomplish the task without going to every machine manually?

i am running a windows 2003 server enviroment along with AD. Do you know if the scripts you have suggested run ok in my enviroment?
It's not script it is a tool and should work in domain environment. It does not require installation. Extract downloaded file to folder and run eventcombMT.exe from folder.

I see it can be used for servers but i don't see where it can be used for client machines?

Download EventCombNT from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9989D151-5C55-4BD3-A9D2-B95A15C73E92&displaylang=en
It's not the best solution, but it's free and it will pull events from different machines.
