Are you converting the image to a symbol and then adding the symbol to your stage, or did you add the image directly? &nbsp;If you right click on the image in Flash it should give you the option to convert to symbol. &nbsp;That should reduce the size a lot if it wasn't how it was done.

am new to Macromedia Flash 8 Pro.. i build a flash banner.. when i export it. its size around 300kb.. can some one help me to reduce the size? here is my source(.fla) of banner please take a look.. or someone just reduce the size then send it to my email kellyrockers@gmail.com<br />
