I need step-by-step instructions on migrating a Windows 2000 AD / Domain to a Windows 2003 Box.  Currently, the Windows 2003 box is a stand-alone file / print server that is joined to the 2000 AD.  It has not been promoted.  The Windows 2000 AD / Domain is LOGS.  I would like for the Windows 2003 box to be the keeper of the AD and have the Windows 2000 as a backup DC.

Thanks,
