I have a user saying that a particular customer can't fax to his direct fax number, but were able to fax it to another fax line.  However, I am able to fax it to his fax number.  Also he's able to receive other faxes from other customers, just not this particular customer.  Anyone know where I would check to see if the faxes did come to our end or not?  What throws me off is that they are able to send it to another line and not this particular line.  I am able to get a fax diail tone on this line as well.

Please help.

Spec,

Thanks for the help.  Since you are the only one responding I will award you the full points.  It seems to be from sender's end since the line is able to get faxes from other customers as well as our test.  Seems like the call was attempt but stopped for it to complete .
