4gb usb help

i have a pleomax pub-d70 4gb usb, when i first used it it came with a software to partition and secure with a password , but after i ran the software it deleted itself and just left an app named unlock.exe(so i no longer have the software to reformat), i could unlock and access the protected partitionwith this app but after a while the unprotected partition was insuficient so i tried formatting to remove the protection and acces the 4gb easily. but now i can only acces 255 mb that was the not protected partition, anyone know how can i get back my 4gb? i tried all tools at pleomax.com but none worked, also tried with partition manager but i cant even see the other partition.

you need to unlock it first; if that does not work, i fear your drive is bad.
if any warranty left, ask for a replacement

i cannot unlock it because when i format the usb i lost the unlock application. do you know there can i get the app? i dont think the dirve is bad it works fine, i just cant access the locked part or mange to formate the drive completely to use the 4gb again

i think i just found my missing 4gb, i used killdisk and it displays 4.9 gb of an unallocated partition on the usb, son tis not damaged, the problem is still cant figure out how to get the back.

lol, nevermind it read wrong it said 4.9 mb.. the usb is only 4gb:) sorry guess i need to sleep. anyway i dont think the usb is damaged.

i already tried downloading from that site, but the only file for my usb model is the usb driver and its for win98, the other utilities for other models wont recognize my usb.

yes, i tried every application but they wont even recognize my usb. i send an email to the them but they havent answered yet. i guess ill call them later to ask them what to do.

thanks for all the help, finally i solved the problem by calling the suport number and they e-mailed me the software to format.

umm.. sorry for that i didn't actually give a grade i just clicked on acept solution and rlly didn't underand the grading option, how do i change the grade?
