SQL Server 2005 Connection Timeout

My ASP.NET/SQL Server 2005 app runs fine on my development machine but when I run it on my shared host at CrystalTech I often get the error "Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool.  This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached. " By writing Trace records I can see that the error occurs at different points in the code. What should I be looking for in my code, or is this an issue with CrystalTech? I've reviewed my code and I always close my connections when I'm done with them.
