Why does bash profile does not works if ssh login from another user

Hi,

I created a oracle bash_profile that works when it is allowed to ssh directly.

However when it can only be access from another user for example angel.

all the the bash_profile is effectively made useless.

I can no longer sqlplus. It will prompt command not found.

Why the bash_profile no longer works and why is this so?
