How do I disable the Adobe Updater in Reader 8.0.1 for all users on a Windows 2003 terminal server?

I've tried using the Adobe Customization Wizard to create an MSI installer template that installs Reader with all the preferences I want with the exception of the Adobe Updater.  I ran it with the following command and it seemed to work fine with the exception of that Adobe Updater.

START /WAIT MSIEXEC /I AcroRead.msi ALLUSERS=TRUE REBOOT=SUPRESS TRANSFORMS=AcroRead.MST /QB-

I also tried looking for the correct registry entry to disable it with no success to date.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have temporarily resolved this issue by installing Reader 7.0.9 for now but would still like to learn about how to disable the Adobe Updater for all users on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.

samba2, will renaming those 2 files disable the Adobe Updater without causing errors when it tries to run?
