I have a user who says he cannot set permissions on his Outlook folders in Outlook 2003 because his Permissions tab is missing when he right clicks any folder in Outlook and goes to properties.<br />

What I did to verify this was create a test account with no permissions at all. I logged in with it and opened up outlook. I was able to see the permissions tab on everything with this test account. What would cause someone to not be able to do this on their own Outlook account?
