Sending mails to AOL time out with #4.4.7 code
When users in the company mail to AOL mail addresses, they eventually timeout with #4.4.7 errors. I believe I need to set-up reverse DNS for my external IP address as an online DNS check reported that this was not in place.
Can somebody go through steps that I need to carryout for this to be set-up?

You will need to contact the service provider who supplies your internet connection and request they make the change.
You can change DNS entries yourself for your domain as you own it. However PTR records are assigned to IP addresses which the service provider owns so only they can change it.
