You can change DNS entries yourself for your domain as you own it. However PTR records are assigned to IP addresses which the service provider owns so only they can change it.

When users in the company mail to AOL mail addresses, they eventually timeout with #4.4.7 errors. &nbsp;I believe I need to set-up reverse DNS for my external IP address as an online DNS check reported that this was not in place.<br />

Can somebody go through steps that I need to carryout for this to be set-up?

Various techniques are used to prevent email spam (unsolicited bulk email).
