How to I create external contact list in Microsoft Exchange 2007

Hello Experts:

Soon, I will have all three of my companies migrated over to Exchange 2007.  At each company, I maintain a contact list for each company.  For example, Company A has a contact list for company B and C.  Company B has a contact list for A and C, and Company C has a contact list for A and B.  How do I setup the same scenario in Exchange 2007 or is there an article I can read showing me the steps?
