Are you using PCL or post script drivers?   If postscript, try the PCL version of the driver.  If that solves the problem, make sure the the printer has the latest firmware version.
What type of printer (make and model) did you use that did work?  What was the size of the PDF's that didn't print?  Were they all bigger than those that did?

The issue might be memory related.  By default that printer comes with 128MB.  PDF's, especially large ones, take a lot of memory.

Another option would be to use a PS driver.  By default, HP's usually use PCL and that may be what you have installed.  If so, then install the PS driver and try using that one.  Let me know if you need details about doing that.  PS drivers usually handle PDF's better.

Let me know if you have a question or need more info.

There is a setting in the printer for printing postscript errors.  Make sure this is turned on.  If the PC/driver is using a higher level of postscript than is supported in the printer you should get a page saying something like "not compatible with postscript level X".

Thank you for your retrivement.
But the question is oriented more to know what i need to do in those machines that dont print the pdf flies what could be the differences between the machines that print and thoes that don't print, because are the same machines are the same ram, the same model also,
thank you
I agree with Bol that you should try the post script driver.
>> what could be the differences between the machines that print and thoes that don't print, <<

You never did answer the question about the model that works.  Let me make sure I understand this correctly.  You have 2 printers that are the same model.  Are they both network (LaserJet 9050n)?  Do they both use the network connection to the computer?

One will print the PDF and another won't.  Is that correct?

Can you try this on just one computer?  If they both use a network connection and are on the same network this should be possible.  Can you get the problem on one printer and have it print on another when you send the same document from the same computer?

If you have been testing this from 2 different computers and can do the test above then what happens if you try to print this document from the computer that works to the printer that doesn't?

What is the size of the PDF file?

Let me know if you have a question about anything I said or asked above.  Hopefully this info will help us narrow down the cause.  The common causes I have already mentioned but this does seem a little unusual if printers are the same model, etc.

Thank you
Sorry about my english,
Is only one printer , there are 10 computers with the same model,
Is the same Network, but i think I find a major diference
in the ones that dont print are wireless
in the ones that print correctrly are wired
Thanks for that info.  That was very helpful.  You could still try the driver to see if that improves the printing and fixes this.

Another thing to try is to remove the check or disable bidirectional printing or support.  This setting will be located under the Printer's properties which can be accessed by right mouse clicking on the printer in the Printer's folder and choosing Properties.  The setting is often on the Ports tab.  Also look for a timeout setting.  It may be in Advanced.  If you find it increase that number (e.g. 999) to see if that improves this.

Let me know if you have a question about either of these or how they work.  Is there a way to take one of the wireless, not working computers and connect it with a wire.  This would be a great test to verify the issue is the network communication.  If it works with the same driver, etc then you may just have to live with the problem.  The change in drivers and setting changes may fix it (because it is more "efficient") but that is no guarantee in my opinion.

I assume that the PC/laptop is wireless or does the printer also have a wireless connection.
Have you tried loading the latest version of Acrobat on the problem PC's?
